DEBrews is a family-owned business and as of right now, we cannot offer free shipping just yet. However, as the company is growing, we hope to offer free shipping in the near future!

Receiving Your Brews:

Orders will be shipped at a maximum of 5 days from when you placed your order. The average turn around time is 3-6 days from ordering.

As artisan food producer, there are no massive DEBrews factories. It is a family business and every brew is made in small batches to ensure its quality. We do apologize in advance if you experience delays in receiving your order, but every brew is worth the wait!

 

Product Returns:

Product returns are not offered for online purchases. However, in the case of a defective (not damaged) brew, a credit or refund can be offered. Please contact us so we can assist you!
Damaged product:
Here at DEBrews, from sourcing each ingredient to packaging each brew, we take every necessary step to ensure the quality of your brew! However, due to the fragility of each brew, we cannot guarantee its safe arrival and can not control the manner your brew is treated once it leaves our doorstep.
Here are the steps we take to protect your products from damage:
- All products are packaged in a new high strength box.
- A thick layer of bubble wrap in placed on top, bottom, and all 4 sides of product.
- A layer of bubble wrap is placed in between each layer of products.
- A florescent "fragile" sticker in placed on each package.


In the event that these steps were not taken and it results in your products being damaged, a refund or credit can be offered. Please contact us for further assistance.
